Your Role

In the Salesmax Plus system, all kinds of business and sales associates retain a major portion of the commission income that is generated, almost around 80% to say. Other than this, we make sure that the office extends full support to our business associates’ and their clients in a staffed agency ambiance.

As the business associates with us are their own boss and self-employed, therefore the whole responsibility to market themselves and to develop their own customer base is their responsibility. The daily activities for all the business associates by and large include-

  • Developing a client bank and attracting new customers to partner and work with us
  • Marketing all the essential services to the clients in order to maintain a good repo and relation with the customers
  • Development and execution of all the market plans and strategies from the start till end—-for all the virtual expos and events.
  • Acting as a bridge between the company and customers by sharing all the relevant facts and information with the customers.

Sales Associated training

Business and sales associates with us will begin by undergoing a sales and career development training with Salesmax Plus that would cover all the facets of the virtual expo and events business. At the end of the training program there would be an exam based upon the same that each of the members and sales associates would require to pass. We conduct such courses all across the nation at different venues.
